I’m the Principal Clinical Psychologist at Greylight Psychology, with over 10 years’ experience helping teens and adults across Australia overcome anxiety, OCD, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, and life transitions. I use evidence-based approaches including Schema Therapy, ACT, and ERP, delivered via secure, Medicare-rebated Telehealth sessions. I specialise in treating Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), including Pure-O, and work extensively with schema therapy to help shift entrenched patterns of self-criticism, self sabotage, & attachment trauma. I also support recovery from anxiety disorders, and I’m a strong advocate for safe tapering & informed consent regarding psychotropic medications.
